Derbyshire Dementia Information and Advice Service

Alzheimer’s Society deliver information, care navigation, advice and support, along with group activities, for people affected by dementia in Derbyshire. You can also find a wealth of information on the Alzheimer’s Society’s website.
Information on what services and support are available in Derbyshire if you are worried about your memory or have a diagnosis of dementia.

For people living with dementia, their carers and families to meet and socialise with others. These range from Memory Cafes and Activity Groups, Singing for the Brain and Carers Support Groups.

Derbyshire Dementia services

We are here to support you to understand dementia through our information and advice service and to enable you to access other services and activities that may be of interest to you.

We can provide advice for things like benefits and activities of daily living right through to understanding behaviours and the progression of dementia. Whatever your questions we are here to support you and work with you to achieve your desired outcomes.
